How to Become an Early Riser ?

Hey dear friend,

Do you know what’s sleep there were  many imports  but i cast what i mean “Sleep is a natural and periodic state of rest during which consciousness of the world is suspended !!!” but its not up to our topic ,before going to  it  lets me ask how long you sleep ? 6 hr , 8 ,10,12,.... i assum that if you are a cat sleeper of ‘6’ you will never seeks  a solution to wake up early.Sleep suspends our body to an unconscious state where we are relatively  free from the encumbrance of responsibilities  at job place and of personal affairs,if you are dreamfree!!!  .but whats our (here from top to bottom i am interested on talking about Giant Sleepers!)  problem is that we are a adict od this ‘unconscious state’ ! right ? if yes lets go......
I know you will also have your own ”ducky Tone alarm clock” who screams daily to wake you up but miserably gets snoozed by your automated habit!!!.... But keep in mind its is true that   from today onwards  you are in the list of   Early Risers.....
I didn’t want you to be strapped in my theories at all lets have some points to be done in High Priority
[Note that all these can be  achieved only if you have a good and sharp destiny  to be a  Early Risers]

Try putting the alarm clock where it is out of reach, it will then force you to get out of bed to turn off the alarm .make sure that its tone will reach you to Wake you up !!!

Start this routine around about half an hour before you go to bed. (Know how much sleep you require, and plan accordingly). The routine can consist of taking a bath, drinking warm milk, or doing body relaxation exercises, etc.) Anything that helps you relax. Notice your body's signals, and at the first signs of fatigue (yawning, eyes getting heavy), zonk out quickly. When you get in bed, do something relaxing like reading a book or listening to classical music before you shut your eyes and dont try to replay tautness moments or try to stress in reading.

* Try to fall back asleep if you wake up at night try to avoid a mouth wash  or a walk.

* Get a good night's sleep. If you are less tired, it will be easier to get up in the morning so get 8-9 hours of sleep or go for more if you like but only 8-9 is required.

* Make sure to have an alarm clock  and set it to a morning time  so that you have had the amount of sleep that you require. When it turns on,walk  upto it trurn it off ,wash your mouth with cold water, open the windows, initiate your daily routines...

* Try putting the alarm clock where it is out of reach, it will then force you to get out of bed to turn off the alarm.

* Avoid drinking coffee or soda late at night. It will interrupt your sleeping patterns and may keep you awake even longer.which inturn makes you  fatigable.

* Try setting your clock time a few minutes ahead. This might help you get to an event on time or early, because your biological clock may require more time to equlize its setting with your analogue/digital clocks.

Set a bedtime for yourself. If your bedtime is 10 pm, attempt to disconnect from everything by 9 (one full hour before lying down.) pm - TV, PC, phone, anything that requires your full energy
Then, take that last hour to make preparations for tomorrow morning: whether that is packing tomorrow’s lunch, picking out the gym clothes you’ll be wearing, organizing the calendar for tomorrow. Try to do as much during the evening to allow for ease of waking up hassle-free.

Motivation plays a wide role in every era of life . you should have to make highly Motivational things to wake up early like pinning To-do notes above the bed, Setting Reminder in mobs etc.
Hope You will start trying at least one Step a day. It will not be an easy task  to achieve the sticky wicket  at once so try , try ,try…..good luck
